At Rough Trade, we stand by the quality of our high-fidelity audio equipment and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed.
